When L&T EduTech launched, EdTech was an uncharted territory for both L&T and Febin. However, with remarkable clarity and conviction, she transformed it into a purpose-driven platform. With three decades of experience executing sophisticated and pioneering projects for L&T, Febin was the perfect fit to navigate L&T’s eight decades of engineering and technology excellence and channel this vast repository of knowledge back into society by skilling India's youth at scale. From building strategy and content to forging academic alliances and engaging learners, Febin has been the driving force behind the College Connect vertical of L&T EduTech. Under her transformative vision, within just four years of its launch, L&T EduTech has developed 2,500+ programs, partnered with over 85 institutions, and positively impacted more than 4 lakh learners across India and beyond, securing the prestigious 'Emerging EdTech Start-Up' at the Times Business Awards 2022 & Prof. Indira Parikh Award for Influential Women in Education Leadership.
