Dr. Anita Madan
Head,
Curriculum Development, Euro Kids International Pvt. Ltd.

Dr. Anita Madan is an educationist and has been associated with Education industry since the last 19 years. She holds a doctorate in education with specialization in curriculum; she believes in imparting quality education to children by providing them with an exposure that will nurture all their developmental domains. Her goal is to motivate educators to focus on all three domains, creating a more holistic form of education.

She has been a continuous learner herself and has attained three master's degree, MA in Sociology, MA in Education and MBA in Human Resource. Shepossessesa varied experience of working with students of all age groups right from being a Preprimary Teacher to a Principal of school to a Lecturer in a college. She is currently the Curriculum Development Head with EuroKids InternationalPvt Ltd. She believes strongly in the changing situations and demands of education system to meet the needs of today's learner.

Changes in educational experiences are associated with changes in personality traits, suggesting a reciprocal relationship between educational experiences and personality traits. She believes in an educational system that will provide skills and abilities to navigate the world, school experiences that will influence the development ofpersonality. She promotes developmentally appropriate curriculum by showing flexibility in approach, adaptability and continuously striving to achieve results.
